Better Future Self-Help Center is a peer-run, peer-operated wellness center providing support, connection and recreation for adults with mental health issues who seek community, friends, social outlets, and relaxation. At Better Future Self-Help Center there is a focus on health and wellness with specialized services and activities, including:
Support groups
Activities such as BINGO, arts and crafts, recreational trips, and more
Access to a computer lab, fitness center, nutritious meals and health-focused seminars
Smoking cessation services
Transportation
Better Future Self-Help Center is a walk-in center and is open Tuesday-Friday from 1 pm-4 pm.
