Project Reconnect supports youth and their families as youth reintegrate into the community following juvenile justice involvement.

Staff work with youth three times per week, including trips to support integration with family and community. Family members receive support to understand their child's needs and the best ways to help their child during the transition back into home and community.

Services include:

  • case management
  • wrap-around support
  • credible messaging
  • mentoring
  • family engagement
  • education needs
  • goal setting

Services are designed to reduce juvenile crime and to eliminate future delinquent behavior and justice involvement. The overarching goal of Project Reconnect is to equip youth and their families with individualized goal-planning strategies and resources to achieve sustainable positive change and successful citizenship.
