JOBS connects adults with a history of justice involvement with employment resources with the goal to gain and retain employment.
Services include:
- Job readiness service
- Job coaching
- Training to secure unsubsidized employment
- Credentialed training and certification opportunities
- Skill building
- Social services
- Resources to expungement
- Access to recovery support
- Transportation linkages
- Childcare linkages
- Driver's license restoration
- Internship opportunities
JOBS supports linkages to industry recognized credential training opportunities, job connections and job placement. Participants will have the opportunity to build job readiness skills, such as interviewing techniques, time management, soft skills, conflict resolution, job retention, and resume development.
The program will help to eliminate barriers to success and prepare people for the hiring process, including access to professional clothing.

Open to people 18 and older in the southern region of NJ - Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, & Salem Counties.
