Family and Youth Supportive Services is an intensive, in-home case management program that provides advocacy and psychoeducational counseling support to youth and families.

Youth and caregivers will be provided with individualized support, including:
•  Assessment of family needs and dynamics
•  Psychoeducation to help address existing challenges and meet identified goals 
•  Assistance with problem solving and coping skills
•  Advocacy and support at appointments/meetings, such as school meetings or juvenile court appearances
•  Referral and service linkages to community resources to meet basic needs
•  Connection to medical, dental, mental health/behavioral, and educational/vocational needs and services
•  Assistance with the identification of both formal and informal supports that can contribute to the family's overall success

Referrals accepted from Camden County Family Court, Juvenile Probation, community partners, and self-referral.

 

Eligibility 

Services are available to youth ages 11-18 residing in Camden County
