Opportunities for Wellness serves adults with serious and persistent mental illness who often have a co-occurring substance use disorder and who require more intensive treatment and support services than the standard outpatient mental health program can provide. Services are designed to stabilize the client and promote the mental health recovery process. The program provides rapid access to treatment, usually within 24 hours.

Services include:

  • Individual, family, and group therapy
  • Structured intensive individualized clinical activities
  • Linkages to safety net services and community resources
  • Financial planning skills development including budgeting
  • Flexibility to schedule based on client's needs
  • Comprehensive psycho-social assessment
  • Linkages to continuing clinical services following program completion
  • Psychiatric evaluations
  • Medication monitoring

Weekly group sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 am-11:30 am and 2 pm-3:30 pm.
