Family and Youth Supportive Services is an intensive, in-home case management program that provides advocacy and psychoeducational counseling support to youth and families.
Exchange Parent Aide is a supportive and educational in-home services program for parents and caregivers with children ages 0-17. The program is designed to increase safety and reduce risk factors associated with child abuse and neglect.

The Crisis Diversion Home provides compassionate care to New Jersey adults 18 and older who are experiencing mental illness. The program aims to stabilize those at risk of hospitalization or who have previously experienced frequent hospitalizations to help them remain in the community.
During the 30-day stay in the group home, individuals will receive the following services from highly trained clinicians:
Project Reconnect supports youth and their families as youth reintegrate into the community following juvenile justice involvement.
Staff work with youth three times per week, including trips to support integration with family and community. Family members receive support to understand their child's needs and the best ways to help their child during the transition back into home and community.

Stable Connections provides solutions to prevent youth homelessness. Services support youth who are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
Working together with community partners, Stable Connections identifies young people at risk for homelessness and connects them and their families to inclusive, equitable, and comprehensive support services. Secure connections include a wide array of community partners, forming a holistic support system to respond to the needs of youth and their families to avoid crises and keep youth safe in a home setting.
JOBS connects adults with a history of justice involvement with employment resources with the goal to gain and retain employment.
