Mosaic Early Learning is a  child development and preschool program committed to providing a school environment that promotes and protects children's health, well-being, and ability to learn by supporting healthy eating and physical activity. The Healthy Head Start Wellness Policy is part of our nutrition and wellness program.

Nutrition is one of the main components of our early learning program. Children receive a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack each day. All meals are served family style with the opportunity to pass food around the table and share in conversation about healthy eating and food choices. Regular physical activity is another integral part of our program, with students participating in at least 60 minutes of structured or unstructured physical activity each day.
