Center For Family Services Information Technology Department is available to assist employees with questions and problems related to your computer, fax machine, email, telephone and more. If you are experiencing problems with technology at your program site, please select the Work Order link and submit a request.

If tech support is needed, please submit a work order request to schedule an appointment with an IT tech. Depending on the issue, one of our IT techs may be able to address and resolve your issue via remote access. Please check your email for communication regarding your IT Work Orders. Email communication will come from the IT Work Order email and include your work order ticket details in the subject line. 

New computers, phones, toner etc. will continue to be ordered through IT. Share your requests via IT work order.  We will contact you to make an appointment when your equipment is ready for pickup.  Toner will be shipped directly to you as usual.  Please note that we expect delays of up to several weeks for new equipment.
