New Jersey - Richard Stagliano, the President and CEO of Center For Family Services, and Jeanne Warnock, the President and CEO for Family Intervention Service (FIS), announce the coming together of two of the most accomplished and respected family-serving organizations in New Jersey. On January 1st, FIS will become a division of Center For Family Services, with Mr. Stagliano serving as the leader of the combined organization and Ms. Warnock serving as his emeritus partner.
“Joining forces with FIS puts Center For Family Services in an even stronger position to deliver high-quality programs, expand existing services, and put effective practices into place to best serve the children and families in communities across the state. Our partnership will strengthen our effectiveness, build our capacity, spread best practices, and expand our reach,” said Mr. Stagliano.
“We are celebrating our coming together with Center For Family Services because of our mutual commitment to offering children and families their greatest chance for a good life. Together we can bring our values, outcomes, work ethic and commitment to family success to the entire state,” said Ms. Warnock.
Mr. Stagliano and Ms. Warnock have collaborated through the years and are excited about the advantages of their organizations coming together. “We each have great staff, talent, expertise, commitment and energy. By creating this cohesive force, we will be stronger together and have greater impact for the children and families we serve.”
The combined agency will serve individuals, children and families throughout the state, including Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Ocean, Salem and Sussex Counties. With Center For Family Services currently serving nearly 70,000 children and family members in southern New Jersey and FIS serving nearly 15,000 children and family members in the northern part of the state, their combined capacity and expertise will be of great benefit to New Jersey families and communities.
The combined service offerings include: addiction and recovery, counseling and behavioral health, family preservation, support and prevention, adoption counseling, early childhood education, juvenile justice and mental health crisis response, victim and trauma recovery, safe housing and workforce development.
The common mission is to support and empower individuals, families, and communities to achieve a better life through vision, hope and strength. The vision is that all people lead capable, responsible, fulfilled lives in strong families and healthy communities.
