Evolutions provides young men dealing with both substance abuse and mental illness with a safe place to live while they develop coping skills to become self-sufficient.
The program offers a serene, home-like setting for up to five young men between the ages of 13-17. During their 6- to 9-month stay, young men receive supportive services from our highly-qualified team so they can be successfully reunited with family or transition into an independent living situation.
Services for youth living at Evolutions include:
The YES Shelter is an all-gender safe home that provides short-term safe housing for ages 13-17. Counselors work with adolescents for up to one month to provide counseling, educational services, and life skills training until they may be reunited with their families or another safe housing alternative such as a group home or foster care.

Envision offers community-based, long-term residential treatment for young women ages 11-19. Envision provides diagnostic assessment, therapy, educational services, social skills training, and job readiness training to help youth lead happy, healthy, and independent lives.
Envision includes three supportive homes where the girls and young women work closely with therapists and counselors to learn, grow, and heal:
Center For Family Services, El Centro Comunal Borincano Daycare, Mi Casita, and Respond, Inc. have joined together to form the Early Head Start – Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP). The EHS-CCP operates year-round and provides income eligible families with access to high quality, full day child care, including family child care.
Along with our partners, Center For Family Services implements a curriculum to ensure infants, toddlers and families have the tools to develop and successfully transition into Head Start preschool.
Staff from Lifeline (OORP) are activated to provide recovery support services in local hospitals for individuals treated with Narcan (Naloxone) as a result of an opioid overdose. Our trained team of staff can also provide support services to those with both alcohol and other substance use disorders.

The Promise Neighborhood Family Success Center is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where Camden’s community is welcomed to go for family support, information, and services. Promise Neighborhood Family Success Center serves families in a safe and supportive home-like environment and offer programs and workshops designed to strengthen the family unit, build relationships, enrich the lives of community members, and make families and the neighborhood stronger.
Kaleidoscope is a community-based LGBTQIA+ program that offers monthly meetings and ongoing virtual platforms in a welcoming atmosphere where teens and young adults like you can find support, guidance, and a sense of community. Kaleidoscope provides a safe, supportive environment for LGBTQIA+ and allied teens and young adults to gather, socialize, organize, and help each other.
