Program:             Youth Empowerment System (YES) Shelter and

                               Residential Treatment Facility

Location:             Blackwood, NJ

Status:                  Part-time, Relief and/or Emergency

Hours:                  Various Shifts, including 3-11 and 11-7

Travel:                   Up to 50% local travel

Description:        Supervise, teach, and counsel youth in 36 bed residential facility for teens aged 11-17. Must be reliable, have experience with youth, be flexible with schedule, and be a good role model for youth in shelter.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of college credits or equivalent
  • BSW or related Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years experience working with youth
• Must have the ability to provide leadership and be a good role model for youth
• Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
