Description:        To provide case management and individual counseling to young adults ages 16-21 in residential transitional living program. Advocates for youth, conducts individual and group counseling sessions, develops treatment plans, conducts intakes and assessments, and handles all required documentation.

Requirements:

• MSW or related Master's degree
• 2 years experience providing case management and counseling to homeless youth or youth aging out of foster care
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record of at least three years
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
