Program:             Home Base and Grand Slam Programs

Location:             Camden, NJ

Status:                  Full-time

Travel:                  Up to 50% local travel

Description:       Program Director needed to oversee transitional living program in Camden City. Responsible for all staff management as well as the overall health and development of the program. Develops and promotes relationships with related agencies, ensures constructive community collaborations, completes all reporting required by funding sources, participates in agency committees and meetings.

Requirements:

• MSW, MBA, MHS or related Master's degree
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience working with homeless young adults and/or youth aging out of foster care
• Excellent communication skills
• Vehicle with valid driver's license, insurance, and registration along with a good driving record of at least three years
