Job Description: Highly motivated and energetic person needed to create permanent affordable housing opportunities through new construction and/or partnering with private developers for individuals and families in need in the Southern New Jersey Region. This position requires knowledge of all aspects of project development including creating a housing strategic plan for our Agencies over 40 programs.
Status: Full-time
Travel: Up to 75% local travel
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm plus
some evenings and weekends
Requirements:
- BA/BS in related field combined with 5 years related experience or MA/MS in related field plus related experience
- Previous program and staff management experience
- Grant writing experience
- Knowledge of HUD and County Continuum of Care Location
- Knowledge/Familiarity of Southern New Jersey communities
- Vehicle with valid driver's license, insurance, and registration along with a good driving record of at least three years
